Millville, NJ (23 July, 2011)– Adam Burrows will start the B+ Foundation Heroes 200 from the fifth row after a fast lap time of 1:34.529 seconds in the No. 12 Infinity Audio Kia Forte Koup for Kinetic Motorsports. Saturday’s race at New Jersey Motorsports Park is the penultimate round of the 2011 Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge championship. Burrows will start the 2.5 hour race from behind the wheel before turning the controls over to co-driver Trevor Hopwood.

The race is slated to start at 2:45 on Saturday afternoon as the weekend continues to feature record high temperatures and remarkable humidity.

“The car was good but I got balked by a BMW in the last corner heading on to the front stretch and that cost me a good bit of time on my fastest lap,” said Burrows. “But the car is good so hopefully we can rectify our starting position with a move up once the race starts. We had a great dinner with a fun group of Kia dealers last night and there are a lot of folks from Kia here for the race so hopefully we can give them something to cheer for. We really appreciate their support, and for them to be out here in this incredible heat says a lot about the passion that they have.”
