AUSTIN, Texas (Jan. 15, 2014)Circuit of The Americas (COTA) welcomes the season-opener of the Pirelli World Challenge (PWC), set for March 6-8. The Austin event, the first stop on the series’ 2015 calendar, will feature three days of nonstop exhilaration and incredible up-close access.

The Pirelli World Challenge consists of production-based race cars from the world’s most prestigious automakers, including Aston Martin, Bentley, Audi, Lamborghini, BMW, Corvette, Ferrari, Ford, Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Porsche, and Toyota. Races are exciting 50-minute sprints that feature standing starts and no scheduled pit stops or driver changes.
